體育署盼申復</p><br /><p>東亞奧林匹克委員會(EAOC)今天(24日)在北京召開臨時理事會，在中國主導介入下，以台灣民間發起正名公投造成「不確定因素」為由，透過表決，取消2019年8月在台中舉辦的第一屆東亞青年運動會。中華奧會下午出面說明，強調會議過程中，主席林鴻道強調公投連署是台灣人民權利，且目前尚未有最後結果，不應輕易停辦。體育署也表示，會全力支持台中市政府與中華奧會提出申復，爭取繼續主辦的機會。</p><p>我國選手在台北世大運有亮麗表現，目前國手們也正在積極備戰印尼亞運，卻傳出原本預定2019年由台中市政府主辦的第一屆東亞青年運動會，因中國阻撓，透過東亞奧會臨時理事會表決通過停辦。</p><p>中華奧會副主席蔡賜爵24日下午召開緊急記者會，說明上午在北京舉行的東亞奧會臨時理事會開會過程。蔡賜爵轉述中華奧會主席林鴻道的話，指在臨時理事會上，擔任東亞奧會主席的中國代表劉鵬與秘書長宋魯增，提出因為台灣民間推動2020東京奧運正名公投的「不確定」因素，建議取消台中2019東亞青運主辦權。</p><p>由於茲事體大，林鴻道主席特別在會中強調，公投連署是台灣人民權利，且仍在連署階段，尚未有結果，台灣政府的態度也是不鼓勵、不慫恿，若決議停辦，對選手不公，也會令台中市政府、台灣人民感到遺憾與痛心。蔡賜爵：『(原音)他們大會提出來的，說正名公投造成一個不確定的因素很多，這是大會它的主題，我對於台灣的正名聯盟，我剛才提過，我們主席也曾經講過，最重要的一點，這是台灣人民行使法律給他的權利，而且還沒有形成國家政策的一個民間行為。』</p><p>蔡賜爵透露，我方的說明其實獲得日本代表的支持，認為應等到亞運過後再從長計議，但在中國主席的裁決下，最後舉手表決，7票贊成停辦，1票反對，日本代表棄權，確定停辦台中東亞青年運動會。</p><p>對於台中市主辦東亞青運遭到取消，體育署強調會遵守行政院指示，全力支持中華奧會與台中市政府申覆。體育署副署長林哲宏：『(原音)我們會遵守院長的指示，我們會全力協力台中市政府跟中華奧會，我們研擬相關方案，我們依循相關管道向EAOC進行申覆，爭取繼續主辦，我們在行政資源上是會全力協助，選手權益部分，我們當然會維持，所以我們會繼續爭取主辦這樣的運動會。』</p><p>據了解，中華奧會一個多星期前接獲東亞奧會開會通知，但當時來函只是說要討論東亞奧會組織運作相關議題，經過側面了解，他們才知道要討論台中市能否順利主辦東亞青運，當時體育署與府院及相關單位就曾針對如期、延期或停辦等結果進行沙盤推演，如今結果確定停辦，體育署強調，過去台灣舉辦過台北聽障奧運、高雄世界運動會、台北世大運，都遵守國際奧會規章，東亞奧會的擔憂是「多慮了」，他們會向東亞奧會提出申復，再次說明清楚，爭取主辦機會。</p><p><b>延伸閱讀</b></p><iframe
