蘇皇銓醫師提供專業諮詢</p><p>臉上小小的酒窩，讓人覺得可愛又討喜，但酒窩是天生的，有些人有、有些人則沒有，有些人有一個酒窩，有些人則是臉頰兩邊都有酒窩，究竟酒窩對人的運勢是好或是壞呢？沒有酒窩的人能藉由醫美技術打造嗎？且聽命理師和醫美專家細說分明！</p><p><strong>關於酒窩，大致上可以分為以下幾種類型</strong></p><p>＊<strong> </strong><strong>長在兩邊的臉頰上</strong></p><p>笑起來的時候，酒窩弧度非常長且狹窄，給人溫暖、親切的感覺，又有點成熟的韻味，有這類酒窩的人在處事方面較缺乏耐心，容易與人發生爭執，或是得罪他人，情感的起伏較大。</p><p><strong>＊ 長在兩邊的腮骨上</strong></p><p>笑起來的時候，酒窩會呈現一個凹陷的小洞，給人純真、甜美的印象，性格上較隨和且富有幽默感，能夠結識很多異性朋友，但相對地也容易遇人不淑，感情運勢較為坎坷。</p><p><strong>＊ 嘴角酒窩</strong></p><p>又稱「梨渦」，位於嘴角斜外下側約一公分左右。笑起來的時候凹洞較小，深度也較淺，沒有像酒窩這麼明顯，是傳統的東方美女象徵。這樣的人很有愛心且富有濃厚的人情味，擅於社交、擁有好人緣。</p><p><strong>＊ 笑窩</strong></p><p>此類型酒窩位於臉部下眼瞼之下，顴骨之上，這樣的人笑起來的時候有點像皺紋，給人淘氣、浪漫的印象，處事方面能夠獨當一面，做出的承諾都能夠兌現，誠信十足。</p><p>總結來說，有酒窩的人擁有能夠吸引異性的注意力，在與異性的相處上，又能夠輕鬆自在相談，因此深受異性喜歡；但相對來說，有酒窩的人在感情上容易複雜，出現爛桃花的機率就會非常高，導致心靈經常受到傷害，應當多注意。此外，身體方面則需要注意脾、胃問題，因從面相學的角度來看，酒窩的位置會影響到法令紋的寬度，因而引發一系列的問題。</p><p>最後，酒窩的位置也是承接一個人的「奴僕宮」，此宮不但主交友，也是代表與下屬之間的關係，會影響與下屬之間的關係，容易出現被人背叛的問題。因此，平時就要建立良好的人際關係，學習聆聽對方的需求，彼此互相溝通，不僅能拓展交際領域，更能對自己有更深的認識。</p><p><strong>酒窩、梨渦 均可藉由醫美技術打造</strong></p><p>蘇皇銓醫師表示，酒窩和梨渦都是皮膚表面有如漩渦狀的小凹陷，屬於顯性遺傳，若父母有酒窩或梨渦，通常孩子的臉上也會有，其成因是笑肌和皮膚的真皮層有些微沾黏，在笑的時候產生拉扯、收縮而形成凹陷，通常兩側臉頰都會有，也有少數人只有單邊的酒窩或梨渦。</p><p>一般而言，酒窩位於嘴角和耳垂的連線上、距離嘴角2.5公分處，例如黎姿、林志穎、劉亦菲、林心如均屬於有酒窩的明星；而梨渦則位於嘴角下外側1公分左右處，典型代表藝人則是陳妍希。由於每個人臉部的寬窄不同，酒窩和梨渦的確切位置也會有所差異。</p><p>酒窩和梨渦給人甜美、迷人的印象，加上醫學美容技術進步，因此近年有不少愛美人士都希望能在臉上塑造人工的酒窩或梨渦。蘇皇銓醫師指出，酒窩和梨渦的打造原理是讓笑肌和對應的真皮層產生沾黏，進而在皮膚表面形成小圓窩，可利用局部麻醉或舒眠麻醉進行手術。</p><p><strong>縫合法＆切除法 各有優勢</strong></p><p><strong>》 第1種 縫合法</strong></p><p>以縫線將笑肌和真皮層縫合在一起，深度和縫合緊度有關，緊度愈大，凹陷便愈深。此法優點為過程迅速、簡單，僅需30分鐘即可完成，若術後對結果不滿意，亦可直接拆線恢復原貌。然而，「縫合法」僅適合臉部皮膚較薄的人，臉部較肥胖、皮膚較厚的消費者容易在術後發生縫線鬆脫，維持度也較差，因而無法呈現期望中的效果。</p><p><strong><strong>》</strong> 第2種 切除法</strong></p><p>將少許笑肌和真皮層切除後再縫合，使兩者產生沾黏，口腔內則會暫時有1公分左右的傷口。由於此法是切除了皮膚組織，沾黏力較大，因此效果比縫合法更為明顯，但倘若手術結果不如預期，也較難以恢復原狀。</p><p><strong>術後臉部靜態凹陷 約2個月可完全自然</strong></p><p>蘇皇銓醫師指出，天然的酒窩、梨渦是在笑起來的時候才會出現，屬於「動態凹陷」，但人工酒窩、梨渦的打造手術完成後，臉上會暫時有「靜態凹陷」，也就是不笑也會有圓窩，時間約為1～2個月，讓人感覺有些許不自然，但這都是正常的過渡期。他建議消費者在術後可利用痘痘貼、人工皮或膚色膠帶加以覆蓋，待皮膚隨著微笑拉扯而逐漸鬆動，便可自然產生動態凹陷，形成有如天然酒窩和梨渦的模樣。</p><p>此外，接受「縫合法」術後的7～10天內，笑肌和真皮層還未確實沾黏時，建議不可過度大笑，以免縫線鬆脫而影響效果；「切除法」術後口腔內部的傷口會在7～10天內癒合，期間應避免菸、酒、辣、燙等刺激性物質，並且在用餐後漱口，都能有助傷口復元。蘇皇銓醫師進一步提醒，酒窩打造手術會在臉頰上造成凹陷，因此不建議臉型原本就削瘦的消費者，避免讓整張臉看起來更加凹陷而影響美觀，手術相關細節也都應和醫師詳細溝通、確認，才能享受最符合期待的效果。想要創造甜心好運氣嗎？借助醫美科技，你也可以擁有迷人的酒窩和梨渦！</p><br
